As a Fire keeper you create safety and tranquility in a group in order to achieve optimal cooperation, in which the group intuition unites and grows, the creative ability increases and the inspiration is felt. This shifts the organization from survival mode to life.

The training is designed for professionals who have the courage to explore their own talent and are willing to engage in strong self-reflection to enhance their intuition and authenticity.

CAMPFIRE SESSIONS

A campfire session is a team meeting by the fire to help the team get back to rest. We create space, with exercises and visualizations, that make it easier to listen and feel. Possible themes and questions are: What does the team need to feel (again) passion and inspiration? How can collaboration, connection and intuition in the team increase? The hidden talent of Burnout. How do we bring the magic back to people with burnout? A new look and approach to burnout.

With this program we guide groups of employees within the organization to develop their talents and strengthen mutual cohesion and cooperation across the company. This provides a strong preventative effect of Burnout and an overall incentive for growth within the company.

The “The Magic of Burnout” program guides you through five stages of change. In each phase, the change in yourself becomes more tangible and visible. It is a short-term program of three months and has a major impact on the employee and the organization.
